JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prepare ingredients following the recipe and production sheets

- Measure and mix ingredients in large commercial mixers

- Roll dough by hand, and using a dough sheeter

- Add filling, Shape & hold dough

- Bake in commercial ovens

- Other prep duties

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Baker using commercial mixers and ovens etc.

- Hard-working and high energy is a must

- Able to lift 50lbs, and physically fit

- Responsible and be dependable

- Positive attitude and able to take direction well

- Self-motivated and can work independently and in a team

- Understand work efficiency and thrive to improve productivity

- Passionate to produce high quality products consistently

- Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays

  • Attention to detail and understands the importance of a clean, organized kitchen

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
