**The Basics**
- You'll be joining a team of nine in full time group practice.
- This is a turn key position requiring 25 clinical hours of availability per week. On average, you will see 22 clients per week.
- I provide office space, all clients, admin staff, training.
- You will have incredible support. An unlimited annual education and training budget (including flights and accommodation), weekly team meetings and case review.
- Work life balance and income stability. You are a salaried employee starting at $70,000-$110,000, you choose your schedule, you get CPP and EI, comprehensive extended health benefits, 3 weeks paid vacation each year (starting your first anniversary), stat holidays, and paid sick days.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Registered Psychotherapist or RSW/MSW
- Master's in Counselling or equivalent degree
- Clinical Skills_
- Experience with adults
- Experience with couples
- Advanced training in a couple's modality like EFT or Gottman
- Advanced training in an individual modality like CPT or REBT
- Familiarity with adult attachment a plus
- Soft Skills_
- Down to earth, warm, relatable, easy to talk to. If you're a super formal or reserved person with a really clinical vibe, it's probably not the right fit
- Other spoken languages a plus
- Strong interest in learning and continued professional development
**Signing Bonus**
New therapists are provided with a fully paid externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and EFT Core Skills 1, 2, 3, and 4. This is a great way to begin your journey into couples work if you are new, or to sharpen and refresh your skills if you are experienced. This training is valued at $3,500.
