Social Worker or Psychotherapist

We are a fast-growing child and family centred mental health practice seeking an empathic and family-oriented Social Worker or Psychotherapist to join our team.

Within our organization, the goal of the Child & Family Therapist is to **provide exceptional counselling skills to the kids, teens and families** in our community. We value our clients and community-members, and providing person-centred quality care is one of our main priorities.

**About the Position**:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate clinician who has the ability and passion to:

- Provide high quality mental health care that is developmentally appropriate
- Manage client records and information in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to referrals and build community capacity by providing innovative programming
- Engage all family members in the treatment process
- Practice evidence-informed modalities as well as learn and integrate the latest research and techniques

- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn software

- MSW or equivalent, with 2-3 years experience working with kids, teens or families
- Current registration with a professional college
