**About Us**:
Dragon Walls Inc is a growing Commercial Drywall company committed to delivering quality and excellence in every project. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Invoicing Clerk / Administrative Assistant** to join our team and support day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Manage and monitor **accounts receivable**, including follow-ups on overdue payments
- Utilize **QuickBooks** to maintain accurate financial records and process transactions
- Track **job costing and project expenses** to support financial oversight and reporting
- Perform general **administrative tasks** such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and answering phones
- Provide overall **office support** to ensure smooth daily operations
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Experience with QuickBooks** (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong understanding of **invoicing and accounts receivable** practices
- Familiarity with **job costing** and tracking **project-related expenses**:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an administrative support role is an asset
This position will start as part time - but with the right fit and as we grow this has the option to grow into a full time position.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
