Job Description
As a **Recruitment Sourcing Specialist**, you will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent, and be an ambassador for Allegis Global Solutions and your clients brand at every interaction. You will
- Communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience in the staffing industry, corporate talent acquisition, or related field.
- Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing Boolean search logic, job boards, associations, social media, and internet searches.
- Strong knowledge of technology (ATS/CRM, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
