**What your day-to-day tasks are**:

- Recruiting for security guards in the GTA including sourcing applicants
- Creating & Maintaining job postings on job boards & social media platforms
- Conduct pre-screening interviews
- Responsible for managing assigned recruitment through all phases of the recruitment cycle including hiring, onboarding, coaching, supporting and advising
- Maintaining employee and company files
- Managing security guard licenses
- Liaise, coordinate, collaborate with scheduling department and operations department.
- Maintain customary contact and circle back to the likely applicants

**What you have**:

- 1 to 2 years of involvement in Security Firm recruiting the Security Personnel an asset
- Ability to work with various divisions and encourage cooperation
- Ability to multitask and assess priorities
- Identify and resolve issues in an ideal way
- Excellent PC abilities (MS Office Suite)
- Superior verbal relational abilities
- Proven competitor sourcing and relationship building abilities
- Knowledgeable on employment legislation
- Skills in record keeping and information administration

**Salary**: $51,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:
