**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and organized ISO Coordinator to join our team. The ISO Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining our ISO systems ensuring compliance. This is a vital role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a meticulous approach are key traits for success in this role.
**Duties**:
- Maintaining ISO certification
- Coordinate and manage all internal & external ISO audits
- ISO Documentation (Document Controller/Internal Auditor)
- Conducts employee ISO training
- Other responsibilities related to ISO system
- Calibration schedule management
- Conducting audits of processes and procedures
- Developing and implementing quality improvement plans
- Managing customer complaint program and investigations
- Managing internal complaint program and investigations
- Managing Supplier Non-conforming reporting and corrective action program
- Other responsibilities as related
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge of ISO Standards**: As an ISO Coordinator, you’ll work with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Familiarity with ISO regulations and requirements is crucial.
**Education and Certification**:
- A bachelor’s degree in fields such as engineering, statistics, or business is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as, ISO 9001 certification, Certified ISO9001:2015 internal auditor
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with precise measurements.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and quality management systems (QMS) principles.

**Salary**: $48,500.00-$57,000.00 per year
