Join our team as our newest *Program Manager*
- *Your daily responsibilities will include:*
- Liaison with customer engineering and purchasing groups to ensure project launch is achieved.
- Liaison with the customer on assigned projects and responsible for FMEA, APQP, timeline, project coordination to PPAP submission
- Ensure all drawings and associated math are to correct revision level, review part feasibility at program launch for manufacturing including material and tolerances.
- Create, maintain and follow up on all items identified in APQP timelines, drive other departments within the organization, or sub-contractors to complete items on time and on budget.
- Issue purchase orders for all equipment, tooling, dies, gauges, etc. related to the program, track payment status, approve payments and ensure sub-contractors submit timelines and are managing program launch on time and on budget.
- Acting as a technical resource to the Sales Department.
- Coordinating project launch meetings with Sales and Production.
- Ability to interface with customers, both internally and externally.
- Lead in regular APQP meetings.

*What are we looking for?*
- Must have at least 5 - 10 years of experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Education: Post-Secondary Education in Engineering Technology
- Experience in engineering project management, product design, manufacturing process design, material handling, and ergonomics.
- Must be a self-directed and motivated individual willing to accept responsibility and accountability.
- Working knowledge of ISO-TS16949 and ISO 14001
- Must have experience using Auto CAD/CAM, Solidworks, Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of program/project management software is an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Be able to lead multiple teams to successful product launches.
