En tant que professionnel de la vente à succès, établissant des relations avec les prestataires de soins de santé pour réduire les blessures par piqûre d'aiguille et améliorer leur sécurité globale et leur empreinte environnementale, vos principales responsabilités comprennent:
**Au Quotidien, Vous Ferez**:
- Atteindre les quotas de ventes pour le territoire fixés par l'entreprise Les principaux marchés cibles sont:
- Établissements de soins actifs Générateur de Moyenne Quantité, banques de sang, centres de dialyse, centres de cancérologie, etc.
- Petits générateurs de qualité, immeubles de bureaux médicaux, centres de chirurgie, etc.
- En collaboration avec le directeur régional, revoir constamment toutes les activités, objectifs et stratégies de vente afin de maximiser les résultats.
- Veiller à ce que les besoins des clients soient efficacement satisfaits et établir des relations client productives
- Être responsable de la satisfaction des clients pour les comptes gagnés et les comptes en cours de traitement
- Participer à la planification des ventes, aux stratégies de vente, à la couverture territoriale et aux processus de budgétisation
- Produire des analyses mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles du territoire pour le directeur régional, le directeur de zone et le vice-président des ventes
- Développer des tactiques et des stratégies pour développer un engagement à long terme avec les principaux clients actuels et potentiels
- Assister à toutes les réunions liées aux ventes et aux produits
- Effectue d'autres tâches qui peuvent être requises par le superviseur
**Compétences et qualifications**:
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente aux professionnels de la santé et aux hôpitaux, un atout
- Doit être capable de présenter professionnellement les caractéristiques, les avantages et les bénéfices cliniques de tous nos produits et de comparer leurs performances avec des produits concurrents.
- Expérience dans la vente de solutions basées sur la valeur
- Doit parler français
- Connaissances informatiques, en particulier PowerPoint, Word et Excel
