**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments according to established protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained before and after each treatment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, including client progress and any adverse reactions.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in laser technology and skincare treatments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques is preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to sanitize equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively promote products.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols during treatments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
