**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment environment to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Educate clients about the laser treatment process, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate products and services based on individual client needs.
- Keep accurate records of treatments performed, client interactions, and product inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to promote services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
