**Key Responsabilities -**
- Effectively administer treatments on a variety of modalities.
- Provide us with educational credentials from a laser school and have a solid understanding of lasers and laser physics.
- Recommend retail products best suited for the patient based on their skin concerns.
- Work in a well organized fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate in a team-based setting to recommend and deliver result focused treatment plans.
- Assist in performing administrative duties such as: answering phones, scheduling appointments and charting.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.Attend work reliably with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

**What you bring to our team -**

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Diploma of professional studies in aesthetics.
- Superior understanding of skin, skincare, and up to date laser and laser physics knowledge.
- A high level of professionalism, performance, and care in personal presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the industry, and a desire to build positive, long-lasting clinician-patient relationships.
- A desire and willingness to learn and grow within the position and our company.
- Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to adapt and respond and quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Diploma in photoepilation or certification on platforms specific to medical aesthetic clinics, an asset.
- Experience with Zenoti will be an asset.
