We’re Lynden Hills Dentistry, a well-established dental practice providing a full range of dental services for the whole family: diagnostic, preventative, restorative, aesthetic, and maintenance. Our philosophy is to always put our patients first.

Due to growth in our practice, our team is looking for ambitious individuals interested in Dental Assisting. At Lynden Hills Dentistry we provide you with the tools and resources as well practical skills and experience needed to work competently, effectively, and safely as a Dental Assistant.

What you’ll be doing

With our training, you’ll also:

- Set up trays and operatories, and chart quickly and accurately
- Ensure prompt patient check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with comprehensive oral examinations including personal interviews, accurate charting, chart audits, and equipment maintenance
- Provide infection control support and back up, including sterilization and testing
- Assist with lab management
- Help with restocking and inventory

This is an active and dynamic role, well-suited to someone who loves interacting with patients, providing the highest quality care, and helping the clinic run flawlessly.

**Qualifications**:

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma
- Current immunization record
- BLS/CPR certification
- 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to provide quality care to patients while maintaining commitment to excellence
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate situations with a solution-oriented approach

The Details

This is a full-time position, with a competitive total compensation plan. We are conveniently located in Brantford, ON just off the 403 highway.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
