**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Mechanical Project Managers and Project Coordinators as required
- Review tender documents and analyze scope, specification, and schedule requirements
- Respond to all pricing and clarification requests as required
- Review PO’s, work orders, contract documents to confirm it matches the scope, pricing and schedule as per bid proposal
- Provide administrative assistance in managing project documentation, visiting sites and development of reporting and tracking programs
- Performs other duties as required

- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads and utilize planning & time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Required Experience
- Student enrolled in Construction Management degree program or the Civil Engineering Technology program.
- Familiarity with projects within the mechanical scope is considered an asset
