To cater to all the trailers & truck financing needs, we have a marvelous team of professionals by our side to ensure a hassle-free process and we would like to have more people join our team.

Currently, we are looking for a competent **Logistics Coordinator **to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for creating shipping and dispatch records.
- Keep track of dispatched calls, driver routes, accurate records and permits, pick up and delivery schedules, truck repairs with maintenance and more.
- Plan and track the movement of truck and tailor according to customer requirements, updating and maintaining smart sheet for it.
- Creating invoices and doing follow up for the payments.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Skills Required:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong ability to use organizational skills to plan tasks effectively and use forward thinking to predict future changes and adapt accordingly.
- Strong comprehension of various transportation methods and modes.
- Ability to exude confidence and gain credibility with clients, drivers, and carriers.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete work independently and remotely.
- 1- 2 years of proven work experience in operations or dispatch is required.
- Ability to commute to work location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.65-$26.31 per hour
