**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent data analysis capabilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure Customer satisfaction is met
- Review, organize, and manage deliveries system
- Coordinate with shop and office staff
- Update and manage logistics documentation
- Assist Logistics Supervisor to order, organize and manage product, raw materials, and supplies
- Assist in managing inventory documentation daily, monthly and bi-annually
- Assist in tracking packing slips manually and digitally
- Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- High attention to detail
- Superior organizational skills
- Very strong ability to follow, adhere to, and manage filing systems
- Ability to adapt easily and adopt changes in procedures and systems management
- Working well with others, individually and within a team
- Very professional, clear and effective communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experienced Data Entry using Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to lift boxes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:
