We are hiring for a **full-time Operations Coordinator **you will bring experience in scheduling, operations, recruitment, and office administration. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your scheduling and operations career

**What you would do**:

- Manage and oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications
- Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures
- Provide support to recruitment activities; ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process
- Work closely with site supervisors/managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site
- Other tasks/assignments as required by the supervisor

**What would you bring**:

- 3 +years of experience in operations coordination; or scheduling
- Class 5 BC Driver's License and able to provide a clean driver's abstract
- ** BC Security License** is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize information in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not required
