Position Overview:
Are you a versatile and detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating smooth and efficient operations? Durwest is seeking an Operations Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our team across multiple areas. This role involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including administrative and HR support, marketing and communications, project coordination, and exceptional customer service.

Reports to: VP, People Operations

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Operations Support:

- Providing administrative and executive level support to the operations team and other departments.
- Preparing and processing documents, reports, and presentations using a variety of software and making recommendations on improved tools and processes.
- Maintaining effective communication channels within the organization.
- Coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and other activities (valid driver's license required).
- Managing inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering, shipping, and restocking.
- Compiling and analyzing data to generate reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
- Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Human Resources:

- Facilitating training and onboarding for new employees.
- Promoting a positive, fun, and collaborative work environment.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Marketing and Communications:

- Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services and products.
- Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content to boost online presence.
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborating with internal and external parties to produce high-quality graphics and promotional materials.
- Ensuring all marketing communications are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals

Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, able to handle various responsibilities with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva, and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, effective interactions.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and coordinating projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and organize events.
- Proficient in data management, analysis, and report generation.
- Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements and developing SOPs.
- Experience in training, onboarding, and promoting a collaborative workplace culture.
- Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Positive attitude, sense of humor, and a commitment to fostering strong, supportive relationships.

Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
