**Office Manager & Property Manager (Part-Time)**
**Expected Hours**: Approximately **25 hours per week**
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for a dual-role position as **Office Manager and Property Manager**.
We are a leading IT firm in the Calgary area with over **29 years of experience**. We provide complete IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, allowing our clients to focus on running their businesses without worrying about technology. We pride ourselves on our expertise, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent results.
In addition, we own and self-manage several commercial and residential properties, totaling up to **25 tenants**, working closely with contracted service providers.
**Office Manager Responsibilities**:
- Handling administrative requests from clients, including invoices, contracts, and service-related inquiries
- Performing monthly billing and interim invoicing, and following up on unpaid invoices
- Creating client quotes, contracts, and other documents as required
- Reviewing vendor invoices in detail and resolving any discrepancies
- Coordinating with internal departments, staff, customers, and vendors
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
**Property Manager Responsibilities**:
- Handling tenant requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating with contractors and service providers
- Managing vendor contracts and ensuring work is completed correctly and on schedule
- Ensuring all maintenance work and tenant requests are fully and professionally handled
- Verifying vendor bills and submitting them to accounting for payment
- Responding to property-related emergencies as required
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Experience working in a busy, professional office environment
- High proficiency with computers and technology
- Experience using Microsoft tools such as Office and Teams
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online; experience with Plooto and Rotessa is an asset
- Strong communication skills and experience working with customers, executives, vendors, and tenants
- Previous experience with property management or related responsibilities

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing responsibilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, calm, and solution-oriented approach—especially when handling issues or emergencies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
**Compensation**:
- **$35-$37.50 per hour**, based on experience
