Automotive Sales Consultant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Utilize outside sales techniques to generate leads and close deals.
- Negotiate terms of sale and facilitate the purchasing process.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients to promote dealership offerings.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Upsell additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and assisting in inventory management tasks.
- Deliver presentations on vehicle features and benefits, demonstrating strong public speaking skills.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting dealership offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.a
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with retail math principles for accurate pricing and financial discussions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $42,449.50-$127,921.95 per year
