We're hiring an independent Sales Executive to continue our growth trends in all departments. The right person will be highly motivated, has automotive experience, an understanding of our industry, has creativity and ambition to succeed.

**Job Overview**:
Armored Inc. is an **industry leader** in providing **PPF (Paint Protection Film), ceramic coatings, and window tint** services to the **automotive, marine, and residential markets**. We are looking for a **driven and experienced Sales Executive** to manage and grow our customer base. This role is crucial in handling incoming leads, developing corporate programs, and driving business growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and respond to **all incoming leads** efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with our **marketing agency** to optimize advertising efforts.
- Develop and maintain **corporate programs** to expand business partnerships.
- Oversee and maintain our **CRM system**, ensuring accurate customer data and follow-ups.
- Create and implement **marketing strategies** to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Plan and execute **monthly promotions** to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Identify and pursue **new business opportunities** to increase market share.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **sales, business development, or marketing**.
- Strong understanding of **CRM systems and lead management**.
- Ability to **develop and implement effective sales strategies**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Self-motivated with a **results-driven mindset**.
- Experience in the **automotive, marine, or residential protection industry** is an asset.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $41,602.21-$125,301.29 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
