We are looking for a customer focused Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team. When customers come to Mercedes-Benz Burlington, they look to us to provide unmatched customer care and a lifestyle experience that’s second to none. What you will do:
- As a brand ambassador you will represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends as well as any Mercedes-Benz Burlington internal information as it relates to your role, department/location or the company
- Promote and complete the sale of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
- Remain current with product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz and all competitive products and services
- Meet monthly sales objectives for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Follow up and maintain ongoing dialogue with all guests that leave without purchasing
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand
- Current OMVIC Sales license
- A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect.
- You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
- Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)
