This role presents a chance to join and shape a new ZOOK team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Integration**: Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and assist in the integration of our products into their systems or processes.
- ** Training and Documentation**: Develop and deliver training materials and technical documentation to educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- ** Product Certification and Standards**: Be aware of the relevant standards and codes.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for product enhancements or modifications based on customer feedback and market trends.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, responsiveness, and proactive support.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and drive product improvements.
- ** Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
