Based in the Burlington office, the IT Business Applications Specialist will be responsible for the IT systems of Endress+Hauser Canada. Working closely with InfoServe, you will ensure all aspects of the IT systems are functional while adhering to corporate policies, standards, and guidelines.

**Role+Responsibilities
- Test and communicate business systems changes to the organization and channel partners.
- Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions, whether internally or externally developed.
- Assist the organization in detecting and prioritizing business problems and developing specifications for change and improvement.
- Handling of business systems incidents and requests.
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualification+Profile
- Post-secondary technical education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems
- Experience with B2B integration
