We’re looking for experienced, self-motivated real estate agents who want to grow their business within a structured, high-performance environment. At Shoreview, we’ve built systems that allow agents to focus on what matters most—serving clients and closing deals.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Ontario Real Estate License
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (in any field)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-directed with a commitment to consistency and growth
Expectations:
This is a performance-driven role, supported by a structure that works—if you work it. Success here is built through clear daily and weekly habits:
- **Weekly**:
- Monday Team Meeting: Strategy, market updates, and execution plans
- Accountability Call: Goal setting and review
- Wednesday Sales Training & Roleplay: Skill building through live practice
- **Daily (Based on Career Stage)**:
- New to Mid-Level Agents: 8-hour commitment focused on prospecting, training, social presence, and client communication
- Experienced Agents: Flexible execution plans focused on conversion, scaling, and leadership
**Compensation**: $100,000 - $600,000+ per year (performance-based)
