**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate information on property values and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and open houses.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
- Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the entire process to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice.
- Manage property listings and coordinate showings for potential buyers.

**Salary - **Fully commission based pay with potential to earn $50,000 to 150,000+ per year

**Qualifications**:

- must be a licensed Realtor with proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both verbal and written forms.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions is desirable.
- A valid real estate license is required.
