**Job Opening**: Marketing Specialist

We are UGL, specializing in golf entertainment and leisure experiences. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vancouver

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimize online advertising (Google and Instagram ads)
- Plan, promote, and execute events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Create posters and ads to support marketing campaigns
- Track market trends and suggest innovative marketing strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the product management team to create compelling advertising materials that highlight product features and benefits.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to inform future marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in online operations and ad management, familiar with Google and Instagram platforms
- Proficiency in poster and ad design, skilled with design software
- Familiarity with golf is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: 1050 W Broadway, Vancouver

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
