**Primary Contribution**
We are expanding our business development engine and looking for a versatile professional who thrives at the intersection of digital strategy and consultative sales. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a modern outbound pipeline — combining targeted digital engagement with relationship-based selling — to drive growth across North America.
**The Role**
You will own the top of the funnel — using modern digital tools and outbound tactics to create qualified interest — and play a key role in moving deals forward, either by passing them to the leadership team or, over time, managing opportunities through to close.
You’re a self-starter — proactive, creative, resourceful, adaptable, and digitally savvy. You don’t need every answer up front, but you know how to find them, build solutions that work, and move initiatives forward with a growth-oriented, builder’s mindset. You’re also confident in initiating high-value conversations with senior decision-makers.
**Key Responsibilities1. Build and Execute Digital Lead Generation Strategies**
- Identify and engage hyper-targeted audiences based on title, intent signals, and firmographics.
- Continuously test messaging and channels to improve conversion rates and engagement.
**2. Qualify and Advance Sales Opportunities**
- Initiate conversations with executives and decision-makers, using a consultative approach to uncover business challenges and align them with our solutions.
- Bring in the senior team when an opportunity is highly qualified and ready for deeper consultation.
- Maintain clear records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline activity in our CRM.
**3. Own the Full Sales Cycle (When Ready)**
- For more experienced sellers: take leads from first contact to close, including discovery, solution alignment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Articulate the company’s value proposition confidently across industries and buyer personas.
- Help refine go-to-market messaging and iterate based on prospect feedback and conversion data.
**What You Bring**
- Proven success generating qualified leads and selling professional services or consultative B2B solutions — ideally in environments where trust, credibility, and tailored problem-solving are key.
- Experience building and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns using tools such as Metadata.io, Apollo.io, SalesLoft, HubSpot, or similar — paired with a meticulous approach to tracking activity, performance, and follow-up.
- Strong writing and messaging skills — you know how to craft compelling, tailored outreach that resonates with executive audiences.
- A track record of collaborating effectively with leadership and service line managers to align outbound efforts with evolving business goals.

- Experience selling retained search engagements or delivering strategic consulting solutions within the talent acquisition space.
