The largest Ford store in Edmonton is looking for the next Top Dog Service Adviser. We don't hire 3's and 4's here. We are looking for 1's and 2's. Must have dealership experience. Must be able to sell and have a winning attitude. If you want to be trained properly and have a lot of fun, this is the job for you We don't leave you to do it on your own. We train all of our advisers to be Top Dogs. We have above average pay plans, great benefits and an awesome working environment. **Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance
- Generate repair orders and communicate with the service technicians
- Estimate costs and provide quotes for services
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for generating repair orders and invoices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
