**Job Summary**
As a Business Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth and success. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to help lead our business development efforts in the region.

This position may be required work outside of normal business hours.
The preferred shift is Monday to Friday, located in Northwest Ontario.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Always work with safety at the forefront of any work activity - safety is everyone’s responsibility.
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the attainment of company goals and objectives.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients and work to develop new relationships.
- Work collaboratively with other operational business units in Central and Western Canada.
- Maintain high personal visibility within the region’s business community, customer and employees.
- Foster a culture of clear, direct communication within the region so that roles and responsibilities are understood, inter-region and interdepartmental cooperation is encouraged, employee engagement is maximized, and changes to policy are understood and adopted.
- Work in conjunction with Senior Leadership to implement strategic initiatives, drive revenue, manage expenses and ensure an elevated client and worker engagement.
- Work to continually improve our service offerings to maintain a best-in-class to all current and prospective clients.
- Such other and unrelated duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer.
**Competencies/Certification**
- Post-secondary degree / diploma in a related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and spend time in the field.
- Strong customer service mindset, time management and prioritization skills.
- Can work autonomously and exercise sound judgement with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
**Experience**
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience with demonstrated motivating, training, appraising and general supervisory skills.
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Civil Construction: 3 years (preferred)
- Business development: 2 years (required)
