As **Partner, People & Culture**, you’ll be a trusted advisor to teams across the organization, driving forward smart and people-centered strategies. Whether it’s supporting hiring and retention, creating equity-driven programming, coaching leaders, or helping foster a culture of wellness and belonging—you’ll be in the middle of it all.
You'll be assigned to specific teams (aka PODs) to build strong connections and serve as a go-to guide across the entire employee life cycle.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Be a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on all things People & Culture.
- Roll out and manage impactful programs that reflect both best practices and real-world needs.
- Keep us aligned with HR policies, legislation, and Collective Agreements.
- Support recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead projects and initiatives that support a thriving, equitable workplace.
- Bring equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) into the heart of everything we do.
- Help resolve workplace challenges with empathy and fairness.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend people-first solutions.
- Offer expert guidance on employment law, HR practices, and inclusive culture.
- Facilitate learning opportunities and support leadership development.
- Communicate with ease and clarity—in both English and French.
**What You Bring**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- CHRL designation (Not required, but definitely an asset.)
- 5+ years in human resources, ideally in a unionized environment.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- A solid understanding of employment legislation and Collective Agreements.
- Insight and lived understanding of the experiences of 2SLGBTQIA+, Indigenous, racialized, and other equity-deserving communities.
- A people-first, anti-oppressive approach to HR strategy and practice.
- Critical thinking, compassion, collaboration, and curiosity—your superpowers
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both official languages.
We offer a **competitive annual salary of $78,432 to $97,602**commensurate with experience, along with a **comprehensive benefits package**, **generous leave provisions** (including four weeks of vacation after six months), **pension plan**, **health, dental, life and disability insurance**, and **flexible work arrangements**.
