You will model the values of honesty, integrity, innovation, and service, creating an environment where both customers and team members feel valued.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild genuine, service-driven relationships with customers and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s standard of exceptional care. Motivate, coach, and inspire team members by sharing the company vision and fostering leadership at all levels. Foster a people-first culture by nurturing strong relationships, supporting employee growth, and ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment.Qualifications 5+ years of retail management experience. Strong communication skills in both French and English (verbal and written). Demonstrated excellence in customer service and team engagement. Comfortable leveraging technology for planning, analysis, and execution (Microsoft Office Suite and related tools). Committed to continuous learning and personal development.
