**Summary**

The Glycol Recovery Operator is responsible for managing and operating equipment to collect and recover glycol used in aircraft deicing operations. This role ensures that all recovery procedures are carried out efficiently and in compliance with environmental regulations. The specialist will monitor glycol runoff, perform maintenance on recovery equipment, and help maintain the safety and cleanliness of the work area.

**Responsibilities**
- Glycol Collection & Recovery
- Operate vacuum trucks, collection systems, and other specialized equipment to recover glycol from deicing pads and other designated areas.
- Ensure proper containment and collection of glycol, following standard operating procedures and environmental guidelines.
- Transport collected glycol to designated storage or recycling facilities
- Regularly inspect deicing areas for glycol runoff and ensure all recovery systems are functioning effectively.
- Monitor weather conditions and deicing schedules to anticipate recovery needs.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations regarding glycol handling and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of glycol recovery operations, including volumes collected, equipment usage, and any incidents or maintenance performed.

**Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Driver's License Class 5 or higher
- Criminal Background Check
- EIA Restricted Area Access Card (Raic)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
