**Job Title**: Manager, Brick House Recovery Centre

**Location**: Downtown Edmonton

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About Us**: Brick House Recovery Centre is an innovative private outpatient addiction treatment program. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care. The Brick House specialize in evidence-based practices including detox, intensive outpatient programming, aftercare and return to employment supports. Offering a supportive environment for individuals on their journey to recovery is our passion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulations, and the highest standards of care.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team including nurses, counselors, and administrative staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- **Flexibility in Roles**: Understand and be able to step into various roles within the center as needed, including clinical, administrative, and operational tasks.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare professionals including physicians to coordinate care, facilitate admission and discharge plans and ensure seamless communication among staff.
- **Program Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives that align with the center’s mission and goals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary to maintain the highest standards of care.
- **Client Engagement**: Maintain a client-centered approach, ensuring that the needs of clients and their families are met with compassion and professionalism.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the center operates in compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare field, with experience in addiction treatment preferred.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within a in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
