**Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team at Greenhawk Equestrian. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a passionate team dedicated to providing a memorable shopping experience. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a one-of-a-kind marketplace.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of Greenhawk to ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability across all departments.
- Coordinate with various departments to promote seasonal events and sales initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in inventory management is an asset.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
