- Assist in guiding and motivating staff to elevate sales and improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to managing stock levels and make critical decisions regarding stock control to optimize inventory
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety are consistently met
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively
- Efficiently create and process purchase orders
- Lead employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Commit to providing exceptional quality service
- Identify operational challenges and implement new procedures to resolve issues
- Engage in coaching, counseling, and, when necessary, disciplining employees to maintain a productive work environment
- Provide clear and concise instructions to employees to ensure a smooth workflow
- Organize workflow and confirm that employees comprehend their responsibilities and tasks

**Requirements**:

- Maintain a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a comparable role, preferably in retail
- Proficiency in multitasking, delegating effectively, and ensuring follow-up
- Capability to offer stability and motivation to the team
- Must be able to assimilate new information and tasks swiftly
- Meet physical demands, such as lifting objects up to 30 pounds, extended periods of walking and standing, climbing, kneeling, and crouching
- High level of organization with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent computer skills, including a thorough understanding of computer networks and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Additional responsibilities as delegated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
