We're looking for a talented Regional Business Manager to join our team.

**Job Overview**: As the Regional Business Manager, you will be a key player in overseeing and driving the success of our regional operations in Toronto. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and operational excellence to ensure the growth and profitability of our branches. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, systems, guest experiences, profit and revenue analysis, staffing, and training compliance across all locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and enhance brand visibility within the region.
- **Leadership**: Lead and supervise regional teams to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- **Operational Excellence**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective strategies to streamline operations.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Drive sales initiatives, business development activities, and market expansion efforts within the region.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct regular site visits to assess operational standards, provide support, and address any issues or concerns.
- **Training Programs**: Implement training programs to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- **Work Culture**: Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in business management, particularly in the food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industries, with a focus on multi-location management.
- Strong project management, leadership, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to overcome challenges.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial planning.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.
- Passion for matcha and a deep understanding of its culture and benefits is a plus.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
