We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We have since grown into four restaurants and three food trucks across the Lower Mainland and Victoria.

**About you**:We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person who has a passion for making fantastic drinks and serving to join us as a Bartender. You are savvy behind the bar, have fantastic customer experience skills and believe in being a positive part of an awesome team.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Creating classic and new cocktails, pouring beer
- Creating awesome customer experiences through great service
- Ensuring we are making beverages in the specification to our quality standards
- Working within a team to ensure we are meeting service demands
- Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
- Conducting inventory management, stocking the bar
- Other duties as required

**You have experience in**:

- Bartending and creating new drinks
- A high-volume casual environment
- Providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of POS
- Utilizing your excellent organizational skills
- Maintaining high energy and working effectively under pressure
- Working within a team and providing support when needed
- Learning and continuous improvement
