**Job Location: On-site at EPID Office**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting semi-structure interviews and assisting the team-lead in conducting interviews with workers across different male-dominated industries in Thunder Bay and surroundings.
- Supporting data collection and ensuring ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Assisting in the analysis of qualitative data using NVIVO software.
- Contributing to the interpretation of findings and assisting with writing research reports.
- Collaborating with the research team to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
- Managing and ensuring compliance with Research Ethics Board (REB) protocols throughout the project.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Health Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in conducting qualitative research, including data collection and analysis.
- Prior understanding, knowledge and experience of using qualitative approaches
- Proficiency in using NVIVO software for qualitative data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with diverse populations is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in collecting qualitative data
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Follow confidentiality guidelines as per study protocols
- Excellent interpersonal skills
