**Job Overview**:
Wildpack is seeking an experienced full-time Manufacturing & Inventory Control Coordinator to provide inventory support. We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking. This position will be responsible for processing and monitoring inventory movements (transfers, receipts, and deliveries). Control the periodic and perpetual cycle physical count programs. Reconcile inventory and resolve variances. The Inventory Control Coordinator will report directly to the Operational Accounting Manager.

**Key Responsibilities: What you do**
- Record inventory movements within 24 hours of the transaction occurring
- Verify integrity reports to correct inventory inaccuracies
- Lead quarterly physical inventory counts
- Manage the cycle count program on a daily basis to ensure inventory accuracy and correct inventory discrepancies
- Research, communicate and resolve inventory variances
- Monitor and report inventory levels per facility
- Assist Sales Coordinator and Operations Coordinator as needed
- Perform additional duties as directed by Operational Accounting Manager

**Your Qualifications: Who you are**
- 3+ years of inventory control coordinator experience is preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing cycle and inventory movements
- Detail orientated and proficient in processing routine transactions
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, Outlook
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation
- Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and demonstrate high levels of self-initiation and direction
- Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors, suppliers
