**Position**: Spa and Salon Manager (Full-time, Permanent)

**Location**: Edmonton, AB

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in the spa and salon industry.
- Strong background as an Esthetician with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Minimum 6 years of management experience, preferably within the spa or salon industry.
- Minimum 6 years of retail experience, with a focus on beauty or skincare products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily spa and salon operations, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
- Manage inventory and budget effectively to optimize business performance.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including estheticians and salon personnel.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Education**:

- Secondary School education preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (Compensation & benefits to be discussed in the interview)

**Work Schedule**: 8-hour shifts, day shift, night shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.

**Benefits**: Dental care, extended health care.

**Language Requirement**: English proficiency preferred.

**Additional Information**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer software.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Edmonton, AB (required).
- Supplemental pay types include bonus pay.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
