**Job Title: Spa Supervisor**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Compensation**: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (to be discussed in interview)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily spa and salon operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or special requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and evaluating operational activities.
- Control and manage inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and ordered on time.
- Support the development and execution of advertising or marketing strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking to ensure the spa remains within operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Lead by example to maintain a positive and motivated team atmosphere.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to improve performance and maintain a high standard of service.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure staffing levels meet the needs of the spa.
- Collaborate with management on promotional activities and initiatives to drive client engagement and sales.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in spa services or a related industry is required.
- **Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Good judgment and reliability in all areas of work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- **Licenses/Certifications**: Relevant certifications or licenses in spa or wellness services are preferred.

**Schedule**:

- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, with occasional night shifts as needed

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
