Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Spa Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization within the spa, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience.

Main Duties:

  • Perform laundry duties such as loading washer and dryer and folding laundry and re-stocking all areas with required linen.
  • Clean specific areas routinely.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the common areas (lounge, change rooms, etc.) and treatment rooms.
  • Check and maintain stock of treatment room supplies, change room supplies and amenities.
  • Assist in the setup, breakdown & cleaning of treatment rooms before and after services when needed.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
