**We will count on you to**:

- Provide support to client facing brokers with post placement policy validation reviews to ensure the accuracy of policy documents
- Responsible for maintaining accurate client records
- Provide assistance to client facing brokers by ordering and retrieving a variety of insurance reports
- Process a variety of administrative tasks such as issuing claims letters, handling of return mail, letter processing, data clean-up.

**What you need to have**:

- RIBO license or ability to obtain
- 1-2 years of office administration or financial service experience
- Proficient in Micro Office suite
- Strong attention to detail, keyboarding skills, time management,
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, college degree preferred

**What makes you stand out**:
