**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the office’s administrative functions, including invoicing, office correspondence, expense tracking and record-keeping.
- Work alongside Company Managers to support administrative staff and provide training to ensure efficient workflow.
- This position requires travel to other locations to assist with administrative and HR needs
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked environment.
- Serve as the point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support HR functions, including preliminary hiring, on boarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Must have valid license and vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
- Experience in Human Resources is a plus

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
