**About this position**:
To act as the key driver of leads to replicate Naryant’s rapid sales growth from the past two years. Spearhead sales lead generation efforts at Naryant and grow (with) the business exponentially. To also act as a liaison within the sales function and company leadership.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and pipeline generation
- Develop scalable prospecting systems
- Account research and list development
- Management of CRM / Sales-specific technology
- Researching various sales methods and development of effective sales processes
- Craft external messages and playbooks to help market and sell services
- Create client-facing documents such as Statements of Work, sales proposals, other technical documents
- Assist in creating sales content and campaigns
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role (2+ years in a similar role)
- Experience using CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce; experience or knowledge of administrative functions would be an asset
- Experience coordinating communications regarding sales opportunities between clients and salespeople and across departments within the Naryant organization
- Experience writing sales proposals or technical writing
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- 2 years of business development and sales (preferred)
