**WORK PLACE**: This role is based at our Headquarters in Laval, Quebec, Canada and requires on-site presence. A flexible hybrid work model is available, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

With a commitment to pushing the boundaries of automotive technologies and engineering, Unitronic is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and assist in driving our marketing initiatives forward. This role requires an overall knowledge of the performance automotive aftermarket industry. Specialized knowledge of Unitronic's performance software and hardware will allow for an easy transition and integration into our team and would bring a huge advantage to the applicant.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Create and coordinate production of material for advertisements, promotional periods and more.
- Manage social media outlets while scheduling posts and engaging with our audience.
- Assess the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Help organize and attend promotional events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and external partners through social media, etc.,
- Support the Marketing Manager in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential areas for growth.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications OR a mix of relevant real-world work experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in the marketing field, preferably in the automotive industry or similar.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills primarily in English, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging and growing online communities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
