Marketing Coordinator

**SUMMARY**: The Affinity Group Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team to manage and create POS, manage product specs, French translations, and assist with food show management.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Create and Prepare e-campaigns and communications
- POS creation and Management
- Direct the content, preparation, and timely circulation of internal communications
- Assist with Food show Management
- Educate customers and sales team about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product related sales and operator satisfaction
- _ Maintaining product specifications sheets for client portfolios_
- _ Assisting in developing marketing and sales presentations for internal and external audiences_
- Prepare and manage all corporate translations which include trade notifications and POS.
- Ensure consistency across Affinity and client assets and tools.
- Special projects as required
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience considered an asset.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in Adobe/Illustrator/Canva
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff, and external partners.
- Critical thinker and ability to escalate when support is needed in a timely manner.
- Punctual and reliable
- Fully Fluent in French and English
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Professional image at all times
- Outgoing and mature
- A team player
- Must be passionate about food
**Physical Requirements/Working Conditions**:
- _Work may be performed in an office, warehouse, or restaurant environment. _
- _Stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. _
- _May have possible exposure to dust and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. _
- _Flexible work hours to accommodate demands of position (some weekends included) _
- _May require travel and some overnights may be required _
