**Position: Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator (On-Site in Laval)**

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This **on-site position is based in Laval, QC**, offering the opportunity to work closely with the team in a collaborative and supportive environment on various marketing projects. You will work closely with the **graphic department and social media department**, and **report directly to the Marketing Director**.

**Note**: This role requires **bilingual proficiency**. Work will be conducted approximately **80% in English and 20% in French**.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry tasks, update records, and maintain accurate client information.
- Update websites using WordPress to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and social media teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Report progress and insights regularly to the Marketing Director.

**Qualifications**
- DEC in Marketing or equivalent education/background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Experience using Photoshop and Canva for graphic design and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- **Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)** - must be comfortable working **80% in English and 20% in French**.
- Strong internet skills with the ability to navigate different platforms with ease.

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Junior en Marketing Numérique talentueux(se) et motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Ce **poste est en présentiel dans nos bureaux de Laval, QC**, permettant une interaction directe avec l’équipe dans un environnement collaboratif et stimulant. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le **département graphique et le département des réseaux sociaux**, et **releverez directement du directeur marketing**.

**Remarque**: Ce poste requiert une **maîtrise du français et de l’anglais**. Le travail s’effectuera à environ **80 % en anglais et 20 % en français**.
