**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, execute, and track manufacturer promotions and campaigns (Ford, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
- Design and update marketing materials in **Canva** (banners, social media posts, website graphics).
- Ensure all creative assets follow **OEM brand guidelines and compliance requirements**.
- Manage **Co-op claim submissions** and ensure timely reimbursement from manufacturers.
- Plan and schedule **social media content calendars** (Facebook, Instagram, Google Posts).
- Repost and adapt **manufacturer promotions** for dealership social platforms.
- Support local dealership campaigns, including seasonal offers, community events, and sales promotions.
- Collaborate with internal designers and account managers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting support when required.

**Qualifications**
- **3+ years of experience** in automotive marketing, dealership marketing, or OEM-related role.
- Proficient in **Canva** (Photoshop or Illustrator is an asset).
- Strong understanding of **automotive manufacturer marketing programs, co-op processes, and brand standards**.
- **Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.**:

- Knowledge of **social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Strong communication skills in **English and French** (written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple dealership accounts simultaneously.

**Description du poste**

Nous recherchons un(e) **coordonnateur(trice) marketing automobile expérimenté(e)** possédant une solide expérience dans la gestion des promotions des manufacturiers, le respect des directives de marque et la création de contenus graphiques et numériques.

La personne idéale est organisée, créative et possède une excellente connaissance du marketing automobile, des processus de co-op et des outils de création.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Coordonner, exécuter et suivre les promotions et campagnes des manufacturiers (Ford, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
- Créer et mettre à jour les visuels marketing dans **Canva** (bannières, publications sociales, visuels web).
- S’assurer que toutes les créations respectent les **directives de marque et exigences de conformité OEM**.
- Gérer les **demandes de remboursement co-op** et en assurer le suivi auprès des manufacturiers.
- Planifier et publier les **calendriers de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux** (Facebook, Instagram, Google Posts).
- Adapter et repartager les **promotions des manufacturiers** sur les comptes des concessionnaires.
- Soutenir les campagnes locales : événements communautaires, promotions saisonnières, ventes spéciales, etc.
- Collaborer avec les designers et gestionnaires de comptes internes pour respecter les délais de production.
- Suivre la performance des campagnes et préparer des rapports de résultats au besoin.

**Profil recherché**
- **3 ans d’expérience ou plus** en marketing automobile, en concession ou dans un rôle lié aux manufacturiers.
- Maîtrise de **Canva** (Photoshop ou Illustrator, un atout).
- Excellente connaissance des **programmes marketing, processus co-op et normes de marque** des constructeurs.
- Sens aigu du **détail, de l’organisation et de la rigueur**.
- Bonne connaissance des **réseaux sociaux** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Excellentes habiletés de communication en **français et en anglais** (écrit et parlé).
- **Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et comptes concessionnaires simultanément.**
